Academia Barilla is the brand of the Barilla group dedicated to the diffusion of Italian gastronomic culture through the teaching of the true culinary art and the sale of top range products. Academia Barilla organizes numerous activities in Italy and all over the world in the guise of the Italian Food Academy, it offers everyone on the web an extensive Gastronomic Library, it organizes cooking courses, events and initiatives for companies, and food tours for foodies.
For Academia Barilla, Aicod created a complex strategy that makes use of multiple channels to better serve cooking enthusiasts and professionals. From seeding to XY, from Here to There. The project has ambitious goals, both in terms of quantity and quality. The potential global audience consists of millions of users in two languages, English and Italian.
This is an audience of experts; persons to inform by providing digital content and personalized responses in every corner of the globe.
In collaboration with the Academia Barilla staff, Aicod designed the web site restyling focusing on the use of identifying colours and a strong correlation of the contents. The key idea is Italian regional cuisine with its recipes and typical products (also available from an online shop), leaving a lot of room for the Academia's events and activities, its courses, and its library.
